Q. Does my ticket include Hanging Rock entry? A. Yes. Lost Trades tickets include entry to Hanging Rock.You have all day to explore this mystical location, walk, climb and discover the magic of this significant cultural gathering place.
Q. Can I get a Pass-Out? A. Yes. Pass-outs are available, you will be required to check in again through the gate.
Q. Can I get a refund? A. No. We do not provide refunds should you change your mind or your circumstances change. You can pass your ticket onto another person to attend.
Q. Is there an ATM onsite? A. Yes.There is an ATM onsite located.
Q. Can I bring my dog to Lost Trades? A. No. As much as we have been told that your dogs would enjoy Lost Trades, we are unable to cater for all dogs on site. We have a strict "No Dogs/Animals" policy. Hanging Rock is a protected site. If you happen to enter with your dog, you will be asked by event management to leave. Official guide dogs are permitted (service dogs must have official ID/vest).
Q. Do I have to pre-book tickets? A. Yes, you will not be able to buy tickets at the gate. No ‘box office’ will be on site.
Q. Do you accept Carers Cards? A. Yes. Carers cards and other officially recognised assistance cards are accepted, when accompanying the person in care that has a ticket.
Q. Can I swap my ticket for a different day? A. No. Due to site capacity each day, tickets cannot be swapped to different days, so please be aware of this when planning your trip and attendance.
Q. Is there Parking onsite? A. Yes. Free Parking is available onsite. Parking is included in the ticket price.
Q. Is there transport to the site? A. Yes. Lost Trades Shuttle Buses will operates continually to and from Woodend Train and Bus Station. This shuttle bus is paid for by Lost Trades and does not stop along the way but is provided for fair patrons by the organisers as a courtesy. Please have your Lost trades Fair Ticket ready to use this service.
Q. Is there Accessible Parking for those that need it? A. Yes. Accessible parking is located near the entrance.
Q. How accessible is the Venue and Grounds? A. The Lost Trades Fair is held outside. It is an outdoor event space, many areas are flat but not paved. There are grassed areas that most exhibitors will be located on, they are not paved and the ground although flat may be a little uneven. The majority of the grounds are flat and grassed.
Q. Can I bring my own food? A. Yes. You are welcome to bring a picnic and your own food and water to the fair, we ask that you do not bring cans or glass bottled drinks onsite. There is a strict NO alcohol policy, anyone found with alcohol or consuming alcohol will be asked to leave the event without refund.
Q. Is there free water available? A. Yes. Refilling your Water Bottle: You can fill your water bottle at dedicated water fountain provided by Coliban Water. We encourage you to bring your own refillable water bottle.
Q. Camping, RV Parking and Accommodation - can I camp or stay onsite or in the carpark? No. You cannot camp or stay onsite overnight in your tent, vehicle, RV or van. There is a great range of accomodation options across the region. Please contact the Woodend or Kyneton Visitor Information Centres for accomodation and camping suggestions. Campers, Vans and RV’s will be asked to leave the site and the car park onsite by security at the close of the event each night. Security will be across the site throughout the event.
Q. Are there things for sale at the Fair to purchase? A. Yes. Artisans will have things that they make for sale. Many run workshops during the year that you can book. There are also many activities to do with artisans at the event.

Shuttle service
Shuttle service will run to and from the Woodend train station between 9.30am and 5.30pm throughout the weekend.
